- 2 Bedroom - $169.00 – maximum 6 people
- 3 Bedroom - $199.00 – maximum 10 people
Off-peak Season Sunday-Thursday Night Rates (After Labor Day and prior to Memorial Day Weekend)
- 2 Bedroom - $ 139.00 – maximum 6
- 3 Bedroom - $ 169.00 – maximum 10
Special holiday pricing applies for July 4th, (3 night minimum required), Thanksgiving (3 night minimum required) and New Years Eve. Please call for current pricing on these dates.
All rates are per night, plus lodging tax (currently 8%) and $60.00 cleaning fee.

Check-in time is after 3:00pm and checkout time is 11:00 am. A $20.00 cancelation fee may apply if a reservation is cancelled.
The cancellation on individual reservations is 7 days prior to arrival and 30 days prior to arrival if your reservation is for a holiday. After that time, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable even if cancellations are due to weather, acts of God, hardship, travel delays, and all other reasons.
