PEAK SEASON RATES
 Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend
Three (3) night minimum required on weekends during peak season and two (2) night minimum required on weekdays, subject to availability.

  • 1 Bedroom (up to 2 people) $ 255.00 $ 10 each additional person – maximum 4
  • 2 Bedroom (up to 4 people) $ 275.00 $ 10 each additional person – maximum 6
  • 3 Bedroom (up to 6 people) $ 295.00 $ 10 each additional person – maximum 10

OFF-PEAK SEASON RATES
After Labor Day and prior to Memorial Day Weekend
Minimum night stays required on certain holidays during off peak season.

  • 1 Bedroom (up to 2 people) $ 150.00 $ 10 each additional person – maximum 4
  • 2 Bedroom (up to 4 people) $ 175.00 $ 10 each additional person – maximum 6
  • 3 Bedroom (up to 6 people) $ 200.00 $ 10 each additional person – maximum 10

All rates are per night, plus lodging tax (currently 8%) and $50 cleaning fee/processing fee. Rates and fees are subject to change.

Check-in time is after 3:00pm and checkout time is 12:00 noon. Please refer to our rental agreement.

* 2 wheelchair-accessible cottages are available.
