From Decatur, Alabama
Take Highway 20/Alternate U.S. Highway 72 West to Alabama Highway 101. In Town Creek at traffic light, turn North. Go about six miles to County Road 314 and turn left. Doublehead Resort entrance is one-half mile on the right.
From Nashville, Tennessee
Take Interstate 65 South to U.S. Highway 72 (Athens, Ala., Exit) and turn West. Travel about 30 miles to Alabama Highway 101 at Elgin Crossroads at traffic light and turn South. Two miles South of Wheeler Dam turn right on County Road 314. Doublehead Resort entrance is one-half mile on the right.
From Memphis, Tennessee
Take U.S. Highway 78 South to U.S. Highway 72 and turn East. Stay on Hwy. 72 until you reach Muscle Shoals, AL. Highway 72 will turn North towards Florence but the most direct route is to continue straight on U.S. Highway 20/Alternate U.S. Highway 72 for about 20 miles to Alabama Highway 101. Turn North on Hwy. 101 until you reach County Road 314, turn left. Doublehead Resort entrance is one-half mile on the right.
From Birmingham, Alabama
Take I65 North to Alabama Highway 157 ( Exit 310) toward Moulton, AL. Continue on 157 until you arrive at Hwy 101. Turn right (north) on 101. You will go through the city of Town Creek, continue North on 101 approximately 6 miles. You will see the Doublehead Sign on your left. Turn onto County Road 314 (Left). You will see the Doublehead Entrance on your right in 1/2 mile.
